A small fortress, The Pension Lakeview Castle opened on the hill by the lake after a long period of preparation. It was built in a blessed location with a spectacular view of the so-called ‘inland sea’, the Lake Cheongpung which is one of the most scenic tourist attractions in the country. This pension has excellent accessibility. It is situated only 100 meters away from Route 82.

There is a variety of famous tourist attractions near by. Cheongpung Lakeside Cable Car and Cheongpung-ho Monorail carry you up to the top of the Mt. Bibong which towers above the center of the lake.
