- 입실은 오후 3시부터, 퇴실은 익일 오전 11시까지입니다.

- 보호자를 동반하지 않은 만 19세 미만의 미성년자는 입실할 수 없습니다.
- 주말(금,토)은 객실 3개 이상을 예약하는 단체 손님은 받지 않습니다. (단, 성수기(준성수기 포함)에는 평일, 주말 구분 없이 3개까지 예약 가능합니다.)
- 예약인원 외 인원의 객실 및 시설 이용은 허용되지 않습니다.
- 애완동물 동반 시 입실을 금합니다. 애완동물 동반으로 입실이 불허되었을 경우 객실료를 환불하지 않습니다.
- 화재 예방을 위해 휴대용 버너, 양초 등 화기의 반입 사용을 금합니다.
- 바비큐는 실내외를 막론하고 펜션에서 제공하는 바비큐 시설 외 버너 등의 화기사용을 금합니다. 위반시 퇴실 조치합니다.
- 객실을 비롯한 펜션 건물 내는 금연구역입니다. 흡연하실 분은 옥외 발코니를 이용해 주시고 담배꽁초는 비치된 재떨이에 버려 주시기
바랍니다.
- 객실 내에서 강한 음식 냄새가 발산되는 고기, 생선, 청국장 등의 조리는 삼가해 주시기 바랍니다.
- 추락 위험이 있으니 소나무밭 주변의 바위를 오르거나 내려가지 마시기 바랍니다.
- 밤 10시 이후 무분별한 음주와 오락, 고성방가를 삼가해 주시기 바랍니다.
- 펜션 관리인에게 맡기지 않은 귀중품의 분실이나 도난은 이용자의 책임입니다.
- 시설물의 파손 또는 분실 시 관리인에게 알려주시기 바랍니다.
사고 발생의 책임이 손님에게 있는 경우 손해를 배상하셔야 합니다. 배상가액 기준은 구입 가격입니다.
- 퇴실하기 전에 음식물 등 쓰레기를 분리수거해 주시고, 사용한 주방기구는 세척해 주시기 바랍니다.
- 객실정리가 끝나면 관리인에게 연락하여 퇴실 점검을 받으시고 카드키를 반납하시기 바랍니다.
- Check-in time is from 3 pm. Please inform us in advance if you are to check in 10 pm.
- Minors under the age of 19 who are not accompanied by a guardian are not allowed to check into the pension.
- Only those who reserve the room are allowed to use the pension.
- Pets are strictly prohibited and for those who accompany pets, the room is non-refundable.
- Flammables such as portable burners and candles are not allowed to be used in order to prevent fires.
- Smokers should use the balcony outside the room and responsibly dispose of cigarette butts.
- For safety reason, guests should refrain from ascending or descending the rocks around the pine tree garden.
- Avoid cooking smelly foods such as meat, fish or fermented soybeans in the room likely to emit a strong and unpleasant odour.
- For the consideration of other guests, please keep noise to a minimum after 10 pm.
- We are not responsible for any loss or theft of valuables which are not in manager’s custody.
- In case of damage or loss of facilities, please inform the manager. If the guest is responsible for the incident, he is liable to pay for the damage or the loss. The amount of compensation is based on the purchase price.
- Please separate leftovers and other garbage before leaving the room and wash the kitchen utensils.
- After cleaning up the room, please contact the manager for check-out.
